Founder & Managing Partner
Itchel Mansouri leads IM Tax Advisors with over a decade of experience in tax strategy, accounting, and business consulting. She specializes in guiding small to mid-sized businesses, real estate professionals, and international clients through complex financial landscapes.
Before founding IM Tax Advisors, Itchel honed her expertise in international taxation at Berkowitz Pollack Brant and later at Morrison Brown, Argiz & Farra (now BDO USA), Florida’s premier advisory firm. Her industry focus spans real estate, healthcare, transportation, import/export, professional services, and technology.
Born in Havana and fluent in Spanish and French, Itchel brings a global perspective to her work. She holds both Bachelor’s and Master’s degrees in Accounting from Florida International University and is a Certified Public Accountant in Florida, a member of the AICPA, and an IRS Certifying Acceptance Agent.
At IM Tax Advisors, Itchel is known for her hands-on approach and commitment to helping clients grow their businesses while achieving personal financial success.
